- Cancellations by CureCaregiver: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to caregiver availability, health concerns, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative service date or issue a refund according to this policy.
2. Service-Specific Cancellation Policies
The cancellation terms vary depending on the type of service you have booked. Below are the cancellation policies for different services:
a) Home Nursing Care, Elderly Care, and 24/7 Caregiver Support
- Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance: If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit towards future services.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel a service with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged for up to 50% of the service fee to cover caregiver scheduling costs.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of service will be charged the full amount for the service, except in cases of medical emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
b) Physiotherapy at Home, Post-Surgery Care, and Palliative Care
- Cancellations Made 12 Hours or More in Advance: For cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund or credit towards future services.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours in Advance: For cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
c) Ambulance Services
- Non-Emergency Cancellations: If you book a non-emergency ambulance service, cancellations made at least 6 hours in advance will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee.
- Emergency Services: For emergency ambulance services, once dispatched, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
d) Doctor on Call, Lab Sample Collection, and Newborn and Mother Care
- Cancellations Made 6 Hours or More in Advance: If you cancel a scheduled doctor visit, lab sample collection, or newborn care service at least 6 hours in advance, you are entitled to a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 6 Hours in Advance: A 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice.
3. Refunds
